Just A Big Thank You...

... to all those who attended last night's London gig. The response to the material from '12 Love Songs & a Sea Shanty' was superb and it was an absolute pleasure to perform to such an appreciative audience. I also hope you enjoyed my twenty two minute version of the Grace Jones classic, 'Pull Up To The Bumper'. But do you want to know the funniest thing? When I came off stage and went to find my car, I discovered that somebody had actually pulled up to my bumper and I had to wait exactly twenty two minutes before I could get out.

I'm hoping to perform at Castle Donington next month with more tour dates available soon.

Oh, my magical shed is for works-in-progress. At the moment, it lies empty. It's for work I'd like people to read but remain unpublished. If I ever open it up, I will send out invites.

Dame Crusty, I approve of your approving. A signed copy of the album will be in the post first thing tomorrow.

Pretty impressive, it has to be said, selling out the Bull and Gate on your opening night.

My contacts tell me that the numbers were swelled somewhat by a group of matelots from a Russian destroyer on a courtesy visit, and that the local women were offering them half price "sea shandies" in the back room.

Must have been quite a night!

Will you be able to get a couple of your tracks onto Guitar Heroes in time for this Christmas? I love a challenge, and this may be just what I'm looking for.
