Thanks Brian. Glad you like them. It's a combination. Most begin in my notebook and then I fix them digitally. Blacks are better and the lines cleaner. Some are more rushed than others (this one was rushed). I've always drawn cartoons but I've never had the guts to show them to the world. My skills as a draftsman are so very limited. It's helping at the moment because I can draw dozens of these a day but writing takes much more effort.
Thats really cool, I draw cartoons too and like you I dont think Id ever dare show them to anyone (apart from close friends and family) although Im told they are good, I just dont have the confience in them that others seem to have, so well done for sharing yours and I look forward to seeing more :o) Xx
An acknowledged expert on every subject, Richard was the host of the UK’s most popular tea-time talk show before he propelled satellite TV into a new era with his show on 'Watch'. Sadly, that era was akin to the 'Dark Ages' but with lower viewing figures. He now divides his time between radio and voice-over work for a range of high performance mobility scooters. His hobbies include skiing, water sports, breaking endurance records, and creating world-shattering inventions in his garden shed.
Richard's dislikes are many and include squirrels, tap dancers, turnips, rosy cheeked farmers, hostage situations, El Greco, Bulgaria, Tony Robinson, ear wax, the word ‘humungous’, Tetley tea bags, North Korea, Eric Clapton, suffragettes, mimosa, beard trimmers, duck tape, manilla envelopes, and 60s pop sensation Lulu.

Great Stuff Dick. Are you drawing these digitally, or with pen and ink? Maybe you should start illustrating your regular posts too.

Indeed it does, Richard.
Never realised that you were blessed with a high forehead, James.
Good stuff!
